The GE Datex Ohmeda Aestiva 5 is an anesthesia machine with an integrated breathing circuit, which can provide intensive care ventilation. The Aestia 5 is a flexible system, allowing you to customize the anesthesia and ventilation flow. The machine comes in two options for ventilation, the 7100 or the 7900 SmartVent giving you a higher level of control. The anesthesia machine can safely produce low-flow anesthesia and can reduce the number of anesthetic agents. This allows the system to provide consistent delivery of measurements such as tidal volume and gas flow. The Datex Ohmeda system additionally offers a few varieties of vaporizer configurations ranging from two or three connections. The anesthesia machine also comes in a compact version, Aestiva 5 Compact, and a version for MRI Use, the Aestiva 5 MRI. The Aestiva 5 allows for a wide range of ventilation for patients from pediatrics to adults. The GE Datex Ohmeda Anesthesia 5.
